November 19, 2013 Ms. Yurrie mayorres scheduled me in an orientation and also she said that i may start my OJT on that day.
When im already in the office Ma'am Clarrie ask me to create an official email address for office purposes and will be copyrighted by the company.
Mr. Castro give me the layout of the orientation and he said i must reviewed it because there was a quiz after the orientation
When Mr. Castro Started the Orientation. he first discuss the quote " Write it on your heart that everyday is the best day in the year ". meaning everyday we must do our best and always give our best shot. and if we did good things in the morning we can sleep deeply and tightly at night.
next he discuss the Mission and Vision of the Company. The mission of the company is to promote the latest trends in technology via blogs, video and other digital means and attending to boot camps, Seminars and tech conference and also to make partnership to local and international companies. The vision is to see the Philippines as the number 1 global destination for excellent tech startups
and after that he discuss the CORE TECHNOLOGIES of the Company and this are:
- Online Marketing
- Affiliate Marketing
- Search Engine Optimization
- Social Media Marketing
- Social Media Marketing
these are serve as a main function of the company.
and next he discuss about the CORE VALUES that we must have that serves as our foundation of the company this are:
WISDOM - this is knowledge of what is right or true. this is the knowledge of doing right or good things to others. This is important to us because you wouldn't say if you have wisdom if your doing wrong things to other.
LEADERSHIP - this is the ability of a person to manage, lead, control their Team or group.
PASSION - this is the emotion or feeling that we exert on what we are doing. this is loving of what you are doing and doing of what you are love.
ACCOUNTABILITY - this is our responsibility that was given to us. we must ensure that we are taking care of what were entrusted to us.
COMMITMENT - this is being dedicated to an activity, we must be Committed to our Co-Employee, Company, Client and also to Community.
and after the orientation Ms. yurrie assign me to post an ads. and she create a spreadsheet that can i use to compile my posted ads.
